What happens during the introductory call?
The 10–15 minute phone call is a chance to describe your needs, ask questions, and discuss fit with the team. It is an introduction before a full session, not a full therapy appointment. You can ask about availability, fees, confidentiality, and next steps.
Can I ask about online counselling or therapy in India?
Yes. Ask the team whether a suitable session format is available for your location and circumstances. The introductory phone call does not establish that remote therapy is available. Confirm format, practitioner qualifications, relevant experience, and suitability directly before booking further sessions.
Is my appointment confirmed when I submit the form?
No. Submitting the form sends a request for your preferred date and time. Wait for the team's separate confirmation. All times displayed in the booking calendar are in Indian Standard Time (IST).
What should I share, and where can I learn more?
